Shipping
- We currently ship across India only.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 — a flat ₹99 fee applies below that.
- You'll receive a dispatch update via WhatsApp and email, so you can track your order.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships, at no cost — just message us on WhatsApp or email support@divyamakuta.com with your order reference. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — our return policy below applies instead.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged pieces in original packaging with tags intact.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- To start a return, email support@divyamakuta.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference — photos help if the item arrived damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Our Care Promise
Every piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects — such as plating peeling or a stone coming loose due to a fault in how it was made.
This doesn't cover normal tarnishing or damage from water, perfume, chemicals, or everyday wear — like all fine jewellery, ours stays beautiful longest when kept dry and stored in its pouch when not worn. To make a warranty claim, email support@divyamakuta.com with your order reference and photos.
