divyamakuta.com is operated by Divya Makuta Jewellery, a sole proprietorship based in India (MSME/Udyam registration in progress). References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to Divya Makuta Jewellery.

3. Our Products
Every piece is handcrafted or hand-finished — slight variation in colour, finish, or size between pieces is natural and is not a defect. Product photography is for representation; actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery within India. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.
5. Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed (for online payments) or once placed (for Cash on Delivery). You'll receive a confirmation by email, and updates via WhatsApp.
6. Cancellations, Shipping & Returns
You may cancel your order any time before it ships, at no cost. Once it has shipped, our return policy applies instead. We currently ship within India only. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, photography, logos, and written content — belongs to Divya Makuta Jewellery and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as courier delays or events outside our control).
9. Governing Law
